Timing is Everything

Driving down the street, one of our expert plumbers was waved down by a man on the side of the road. His basement had flooded with water and he didn’t know why.

Our plumber went down to try to identify the issue, which could have been any number of things. Within a matter of seconds, it was obvious to our plumber that the man’s water heater had burst, spewing water all over the basement.

Not only did we replace the water heater, but also connected the man with a restoration company to clean up the water damage. The coincidental timing turned out to be pretty lucky for the man standing on the street, who was quite thankful for our help.
